Ella Bell Smith, 83, passed away Monday, November 6, 2017. Born Sunday, December 24, 1933, in Elkton, Kentucky, she is preceded in death by her parents, Willis and Roberta Seay Haley; husband, John Smith; son, Dean Smith; grandchildren, Kim and Dana; great-grandchildren, Jasmine and Josiah.
She is survived by her children, Bonnie (Dooner) Fitzgerald, John R. (Debbie) Smith, Tim (Lynn) Smith, Tammy (Greg) Ventress; sister, Maggie Warden; 20 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be conducted 11:00 Monday, November 13, 2017 in the chapel of Eastland Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Wilkerson officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends will gather to remember Mrs. Smith at a visitation Saturday, November 11, 2017 and Sunday, November 12, 2017 from 2:00 until 8:00 at Eastland 904 Gallatin Road Nashville, TN 37206
