Elvie Marie Blanton Maier, born June 11, 1914 and passed away on April 15, 2014. Daughter of Benjamin and Lee Blanton, devoted and loving wife of Albert Maier for 67 years, member of First United Church UCC, and graduate of George Peabody College (1938). Retired from the Department of Education, State of Tennessee. A graveside service will be held on April 21, 2104 at two o'clock in the afternoon preceded by visitation at one o'clock in the afternoon at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
