Eugenia Anne Noble Delboy (Gena) age 84 of Brentwood Tennessee passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her daughters on May 25th 2020. She was born in Nashville Tennessee on February 20th 1936. She grew up in Brentwood, graduated from Franklin High School and attended Middle Tennessee State University.
She was married to Martin Jan Delboy in 1955 and they were married for 53 years. Together they successfully ran Travelers Rest Motel and Noble's Restaurant in Brentwood Tennessee on the historic corner of Old Hickory Boulevard and Franklin Road, Noble's Corner.
She lovingly, unconditionally, and wholeheartedly devoted herself to her family. Her girls and grandchildren/great grandchildren were her pride and joy. She genuinely provided each one support with great joy.
She was preceded in death by her husband Martin Jan Delboy, her parents Glenn Alexander Noble and Iva Lee Lott Noble, and a grandson Joseph Martin Zanzalari.
Eugenia is survived by her three daughters and their families:

Susan Beth Delboy Zanzalari (Kenneth Patrick Zanzalari), and by her younger brother Alex Noble (Sandra)

Due to the unfortunate circumstances of the pandemic, there will be a small graveside family service at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home 660 Thompson Lane Nashville TN 37204 on Saturday, May 30th at 11:00 a.m. with Corby Shields officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the rebuilding of Donelson Christian Academy.

Gena's daughter Nancy Owen taught at Donelson Christian Academy for 15 years and also served on the board. In March 2020 a tornado came through Middle Tennesse and destroyed the campus.
