Frances Irene Heighton Feb. 11, 2014 age 83. She came to Nashville in 1976 as a songwriter were she had many gospel songs recorded by artists such as Loretta Lynn and Daniel O' Donnell. She is preceded in death by husband Clifford Heighton and sons Rob, Rick & Carl Heighton and brother John DePriest. Survived by sons: David (Kiplyn) Heighton, Pete (Dena) Heighton , Clifford (Debbie) Heighton & Ron Heighton; daughter: Sandee (Steve) Brislin; sister Donna (Ralph) Joseph and 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 10 am Friday, Febuary 14, 2014 at Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation with family from four to eight pm Thursday at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home 615-883-2361.
