Age 93, of Nashville, TN passed away Sunday, April 4, 2021, at her residence. Frances was born in Williamson County, TN to the late Charles Jimerson Tomlin and Susie May Jackson. Preceded in death by her husband, John Raymond Peay, and five siblings James Tomlin, Buck Tomlin, Annie Campbell, Margaret Johnson, and Thelma Hardison. Survived by sons, Raymond "Tommy" (Dolly) Peay and Teddy Peay; grandchildren, Traci (Eric) Pulley, John (Rae) Peay, and Allison Whipple; great-grandchildren, Sydney, Lauren, Bailey, Wyatt and Garrett; brother, Pete Tomlin; sister Rosie Bogle; and other loving family members. Pallbearers will be John Peay, Dean Hardison, Kyle Maxwell, Joe Whidby, Chris Whidby, and Eric Pulley.
