Francis Edward Carter III, age 79, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, August 4, 2023.
A visitation for Francis was held Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at St George's Episcopal Church, 4715 Harding Pike, Nashville, TN 37205, followed by a memorial service.
