Jane and family, I am deeply saddened to read of Nicky’s death. As are your own memories, my own memories of him are of a kind, decent, gentle human being. Your many good memories and your love of Nicky will most surely give you comfort all of your life.
I very much regret that I cannot share with you this time of grief and visitation. I have a broken foot and cannot drive at present. You can absolutely be sure that all of my prayers are with you during these difficult days and for all the days to come.
