KOVAL, Galina, age 75, passed away on February 18, 2013 in Nashville, TN. She is survived by her daughter, Rita Koval of St. Petersburg, Russia and her granddaughter, Anastasia Koval, whom she adopted as her daughter. Galina emigrated from Russia in 1988 and became a United States citizen. She worked at World Christian Broadcasting for more than 20 years as a writer and translator in the Russian language department. Ms. Koval was a frequent speaker for women groups, was the author of “From Darkness to Great Light” and was a faithful member of Berry’s Chapel Church of Christ. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm until 8:00pm on Wednesday, the 20th of February, 2013 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, the 21st of February, 2013 in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with visitation held one hour prior to the service.
