Geoffrey Edward deZevallos

Geoffrey Edward deZevallos passed away suddenly on February 17th, 2017. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Flora and Edward deZevallos and Anne and Edward Johnson. Geoffrey is survived by his wife Krissana Nakjoo deZevallos, his parents Anne and George deZevallos, and sisters Dorothy deZevallos Murray and Mary Morris deZevallos. He also leaves behind his beloved cat Loki and many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him dearly. We will all miss his warmth, intelligence and sincerity. The patients he has served over the years with brilliance and devotion frequently sent letters of appreciation to his workplaces, remarking on the care he gave. His co-workers commented about him and knew him as a skillful leader, most recently he served as a Nurse Account Manager for Blue Cross Blue Shield in Atlanta.

Geoffrey graduated from The Ensworth School in Nashville, TN in 1992 and from The University School of Nashville in 1996. He earned a dual-degree and graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2000. He received a Master’s in Business Administration from The University of Phoenix in 2006 and graduated from Clayton State with an RN degree in 2009.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday February 23rd at the Marshall Donnelly Funeral Home located at 201 25th Avenue North in Nashville, TN.
