Geoffrey Thomas Lovell - Geoff left this life on February 19, 2013 after a brief illness. In his 27 years of living with spina bifida, he managed to graduate from Hillsboro High School and to attend Nashville State Community College. His greatest love was the various sports he played and watched; the Atlanta Braves were his favorite team. For several years he was a member of the Music City Thunder wheelchair basketball team, junior varsity then varsity. He played Challenger Little League baseball for three years and was active as a goaltender with the Tennessee Sled Hockey Association for three years. All who knew Geoff are familiar with his engaging conversation style. Geoff leaves his mother and father, Anne and Denis Lovell, his brother, Will, his grandmothers, Jane McCullough and Betty Lovell, his aunts Tomilea Dixon, Kathy Wallis, Cris Whitlock and Beth Schilling, a multitude of cousins and all his dear friends with A.B.L.E. Youth. Visitation is Friday, February 22, 2013 from Three until Seven in the evening at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Ln in Nashville.
