George A Gould passed away peacefully in his sleep in St. Augustine, FL on Nov. 10, 2020. Born February 16, 1926 in Brooklyn, NY. He was a man of utmost integrity and moral character and a true gentleman . He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
He was married to the love of his life, the former Natalie M. Denigris, for 64 yrs until her passing 8 yrs ago. He graduated from NY Polytechnic University and worked for several large Engineering firms in NY and Northern Va. He loved to travel and his work took him to many countries including Germany, Africa, Belgium, Jordan and Saudi Arabia. He retired in 1988 and moved to Brentwood TN where they lived for 2O+years.
After mom’s passing, he moved in with his daughter and SIL and later moved to St. Augustine, FL with them. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his son Ken and DIL Gail, his daughter Mary and son in law, Dr. John R. Chauvin, 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Dad loved his family more than anything and will be forever cherished in our hearts. He will be laid to rest at Middle TN Veterans’ Cemetery on Dec. 1, 2020 in a private family ceremony. In lieu of flowers, any memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Alive Hospice of Nashville would be greatly appreciated.
