Michelle
I didn't know you dad, but I know he had a kind and beautiful daughter. I remember all the crazy thing you and Shelley did. When you and her were in the Christmas Parade, the time you all put makeup on some boy, softball games with your mom, and her telling me how proud she was of her girls. You have some great memories!!
Shelley may not be able to be there, she is NEVER well. We love you and your sisters, and your in our thoughts and prayers.

Michael and I served our country fighting the Viet Nam war in 1966. We were both young men with a strong love of country and family. Mike was an exceptional soldier. He was dedicated to duty, honor ,country. He was a decorated hero who earned the bronze star for heroism in the face of the enemy fire. After the war he returned to his family in Tennessee. He married the love of his life Connie and worked hard to raise a family. He was a father and grandfather who unselfishly loved his family with unconditional love. He was my friend and comrade in arms. And although the distance of our residence was far, we kept in touch thru phone calls. I will miss him but take comfort in knowing he rests in the armed of the angles and he is not suffering. He was a good man.
