She was born on July 31, 1961 in Lebanon, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Cordell and Doris Goodwin Hale. She was a homemaker and cherished her family and grandchildren. She is loved and missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Glenda is survived by her loving husband, C.B. Fletcher III; one son, Chris Thomas and his wife, Kayla; and two granddaughters, Abby and Peyton Thomas.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
