Harriet Gillem Hill, age 78 of Hermitage, Tennessee departed this life on Saturday, December 19, 2020. She was born on April 12, 1942 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Aubrey Donnell and Ethel White Gillem.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepmother Johnnie B. Gillem and brother Donnie Gillem.
She is survived by her son, Bryan Sharp of Hermitage, Tennessee; cousins, Stacey Hatcher, Danielle Hagewood , Todd Letson; nephew John Glenn.
Harriet was an employee of the Metro Nashville Election Commission for over 40 years, where she proudly served as Absentee Deputy prior to her retirement.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from twelve-thirty until two-thirty in the afternoon on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at two-thirty in the afternoon on Sunday, December 27, 2020 in Dignity Hall of Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home with Interment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
The family would like to express gratitude to her caregivers over the years and to the staff of Kempton of Hermitage and Alive Hospice of Nashville.
