Holly was the former Owner of Capital Leasing and Finance. She provided financial services for Edmiston Holdings and Tennessee Restoration Consultants.
Holly was known for being the greatest listener and speaker of the truth with compassion and kindness. She loved her life and all the great experiences she took part in with her husband and animals. Holly was a member of a 12 Step group, and recently celebrated 34 years clean. She was one of the beginning members who shared her recovery with all she met. She sponsored countless women throughout the years and participated in service. She opened her home to show that fellowship is key on the recovery journey. Those same people were with her during her last days, and love was in the room with her until the end.
Being late for everything was something Holly was known for and enjoyed. She rode motorcycles, went scuba diving, skydived, and traveled the world. Her most enjoyable hobby was spending 6 hours in TJ Maxx, and walking out with 1-2 items only to return them the next day. She enjoyed laying out by the pool and drinking Diet Coke with her friends, and getting a great tan was a summer highlight. Holly loved to decorate, and she constantly moved things around in her home. She loved to stay up late at night and sleep late in the morning.
Holly leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Chuck Paetz of Nashville, TN; parents, Raymond “Jug” and Marilyn (Phelps) Edmiston, formerly of Madisonville, KY, and now residing in Murray, KY; loving dogs, Emy and Lou; nephew, Brandon and Janet Edmiston and their sons, Benjamin Edmiston, Joseph Civitella, and Frank Civitella of Murray, KY; cousins, Teresa Cross of Knoxville, TN, Gary “Lin” Atkinson and wife, Suzanne of Atlanta, GA, Bill Atkinson and wife, Tammy of Paducah, KY, Howard Atkinson and wife, Libby of Paducah, KY, Ricky Phelps of Madisonville, KY, Sherry Todd of Madisonville, KY, Barry Phelps of Kentucky, and Pamela Bozarth of Kentucky.
