Honey Lou sacrificed much in her life for her children and friends, who she always put first. Also like her mother, Honey Lou was generous and self-sacrificing; we will always remember her as brave, independent, loyal, resilient, strong, and supportive. Many times throughout her life, Honey Lou showed great courage in the face of adversity. The family is grateful for the legacy and lessons of her life. She generously performed many acts of charity known only to her and the beneficiary. The family expresses its gratitude for the years of daily loving care, companionship and caregiving given to Honey Lou by the 4th Floor Staff at Trevecca Health Care Center. The family also wishes to deeply express their gratitude to Dianne and Aunt Millie; their assistance, care, compassion, dignity and love filled in many days. The family honors Honey Lou’s memory of love and kindness. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 12:00pm in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
