She married William Herbert Hays, who precedes her in death, on March 20th, 1948, in Franklin, Kentucky.
Ida is survived by her son Mark Hays (Sherry); daughter, Karen Pilkay (Sam); grandson, Mitch Hays (Pam); granddaughter, Samantha Hays; and great-grandchildren, Ben and Ally Hays.
A Gathering of Family and Friends for Ida will be held Wednesday, September 13th, 2023 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204. As well as, Thursday, September 14th, 2023 from 10:00am to 11:00am. A Celebration of Life Service will follow Thursday, September 14th, 2023 at 11:00am, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204.
