He was born in Nashville, TN, on June 29, 1949, to the late James and Dixie (White) Fuller.
Buddy graduated from Isaac Litton High School. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army, and he was proud of the opportunity to serve his country. He worked as a recruiter for the Tennessee Army National Guard.
Buddy had a passion for Vanderbilt sports, travel, and spending time with beloved family and friends.
He was survived by daughter, Tanya Walker; son, James (Jennifer) Fuller; grandchildren, Michael Fuller; Dayton Walker; Allison Walker; Samuel Fuller; and Lily Fuller; and great-granddaughter, Naii’yomii Odom.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204, on July 2, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. A Celebration of Life Service will follow beginning at 1:00 pm.
A Committal Service will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204, US, on July 2, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
