I met Jim when we met at Corroon and Black. He was perpetuallly a happy fellow. He was an encourager. His enthusiasm for everything he did was contagious.

I’m so shocked to learn of Jim’s death. We worked together for many years. My sincere sympathy and loving thoughts to his family and many friends.

Devastated beyond belief. I spoke to Jim every two weeks for the past several years. For that I am blessed.

He was a really good friend to me, and we had a lot of fun along the way to career building of which he did quite well.

I had the privilege of meeting his parents, as well as Andy and Asher.

Also met X wives and girl friends , but that is a story for another time.

My prayers are with all of you, Jim’s family, whom he adored and of whom he was so very proud.
Jim was a wonderful and a good man, so loving, caring, talented,  fun and full of life!
He and my husband, Ken,  shared  a birthday, October 14, and shared 50+ years of life. Ken, who passed in 2024, and I adored Jim.
I will never forget him and his faithful friendship to Ken and to me.
I will miss him , as will so very many others.

May the Peace of The Lord be with Jim and the Levine family.

I’ve known Jim for 47 years. Initially, we were business associates, but our friendship blossomed over time. We’ve maintained a close connection throughout the years, even when he relocated across the country, to Texas and then to California. My fondest memory of Jim is when he was living on Balboa Island. He had his beloved yellow Labrador retriever. During a visit to Jim’s home on Balboa Island, which he truly loved, my wife and I dined at his local restaurant. Jim brought his Labrador and placed a special order of boneless chicken for his best friend. We all enjoyed our conversation and dinner, especially Jim’s best friend.

We stayed in touch over the years, and my last text with Jim was on November 16. He was a unique and truly remarkable man, and I will truly miss him.

Marty and Rae, just heard about Jim.  So sorry.  He was one of a kind.  Many great memories of working with him.   So many of our co-workers have passed.  Life goes by so fast.  Seems like yesterday that the boys were teenagers.  I turned 85 in November.  Hard to believe.

Can’t begin to count all the wonderful memories and adventures I’ve had with Jim and the boys for the last half century. He will always be in my heart my heart

I will always remember Jimmy fondly.  He was such a great guy.  I had the pleasure and honor of managing his campaign when he ran for student body president at West High School.  We spent so many hours together strategizing and planning.  Of course he won!

Jimmy was the nicest boy I have ever known. 
He was a good friend and treated everyone the same. I had a crush on him when we were in Ransom and that crush was still there in junior high and high school.
