James "Randy" Randall Burke

James “Randy” Randall Burke, age 68, passed away on November 10, 2025. Born in Nashville, Tennessee on October 18, 1957, James lived a life characterized by his adventurous spirit, compassionate nature, and hard-working demeanor. James is preceded in death by his father, Albert Lee Burke, Jr.

James was a devoted husband to Patti, with whom he shared 47 years of marriage. Together, they built a loving family, including their children, Brandy (Donny) Truebenbach and Tim Burke. James was a proud Grandfather of Dalton Davenport, Destiny Davenport, Olivia Truebenbach, and Rachel Truebenbach, and a great-grandfather to Elijah Pugh. He is also survived by his mother, Margo Burke, Brothers, Mike (Marie) Burke and Jeff (Tara) Burke, Sister, Karen (Kenny) Sanders, and several loving Nieces and Nephews.

Throughout his life, Randy enjoyed a variety of interests and hobbies. He loved to watch golf and played the sport in his younger years. Randy had a passion for fishing, baseball, basketball, driving cars and motorcycles, even driving a race car. He cherished trips to the mountains and had a talent for making cigar box guitars. His love for music was evident in his enjoyment of country and rock and roll music.

James “Randy” Randall Burke will be leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories for his family and friends.

The family would like to invite friends to a public Visitation on Thursday November 13, 2025, from 10:00 AM until the Funeral Service 1:00 PM all held at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home and Memorial Park located at 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville TN 37204. A Graveside Service to follow.
