Me and my celly J.D and Worm cut up and made time go by for a few years in unit 10.we took turns getting tatted by my celly who did alot of Worms work. I was there the day Worm got the letter his mom passed away… when i got out the very first place i went was to his apt with him and his girl. I banged his music and spread love all over Knoxville, got everyone bumping his music. To hear he passed blowed me away. He was the first person i ever knew that made it, and hes been a huge inspiration!! RIP WOMACK

My condolences to Worm's children n fam'.  I never got the chance to know him except through his music, n knowing that I wasn't alone in feeling like I do about my life. His song Empty Dreams is my life story with the exception of a mother dying of an overdose n having two kids. Other than that Worm was telling not only his life story but mine as well. Empty Dreams is my absolute favorite song ever n Worm was the absolute best out there. "God called his gangster home." Thank you for ur music n saving my life with it. R.I.P. WORM. Unfortunately I didn't have the pleasure of meeting the famous "Worm". I have seen many many videos that included worm. He gave an impression to people that made you feel like you have known him for a  lifetime. I grew up listening to down south rap. From the first time I ever heard Mr south to death I was sold. Yep right down the road in Tupelo Mississippi.
I am genuinely sorry for your families loss. I experienced 4 deaths in a year. That's something that takes a lot out of you and takes a long time to get over. But trust in the good Lord and he will see you though everything

My  wife had to go because I didn't want her to  see me cry like a baby.  I'm not ashamed to cry for you  because I've always loved you like a brother  and I have cried every day since I heard  of your passing.  I love you and the man at the funeral home  said that you  had a great showing and that makes me happy for you. I will always regret missing the day that  they laid  you to rest. ☹

I'll never forget stumbling onto his videos 12 years ago. His character was to be admired. He was one of the few guys i actually respected in the music industry for being true to hisself and staying humble. The game will never be the same and it will be WORM on the radio for the next week at my shop. Its wizzle fizzle week. I just want to say I didn’t know Jimmy “Worm” Womack  personally. But I have been listening to his music for a few years now. The following few weeks he started popping up on my recommended on YouTube. Strange thing is I was looking for him a few weeks ago on Spotify and I couldn’t for my life find him or put in the “right name” I started catching up and watching his videos/interviews on YouTube “chadarmstv” I believe it was that was originally recommended to me. I felt relieved that YouTube brought me back to worm. I have no words to express how this makes me feel hearing that he is gone. Talk about the Truth this man was it. I have a feeling that where he is now is a better place then he was in life. He should have been a bigger personality then he was but was so humble that he kept it low key and just stayed himself. I can only say so much being a fan/friend because I felt that I actually knew him from the way he talked to the camera like he talked to a best friend. This world lost a good man but his next life gained a Real One. Thank you for the inspiration and always had my head rocking back and fourth work. Rest In Paradise
