Jan was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on September 24, 1950. She graduated from East High School and went on to earn an Associate's degree in Nursing from UT Nashville. On February 22, 1969, she married Charles Henry Hall in Nashville.
Jan devoted her career to nursing, caring for others from 1979 until 2015. In her free time, she loved bowling, listening to music, and above all, her granddaughters.
She is survived by her sons, Jonathan Hall, Stephen Hall, and Adam Hall; and her granddaughters, Mackenzie Hall, Emma Hall, Abigail Hall, and Katrina Hall.
Visitation will be held at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204, US, on October 13, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at 2:30 followed by burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
