NELSON, Jean M., age 85, died peacefully on the 3rd of November 2012, at her residence. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. Nelson and her children, Scott, Norma Jean, Robert Edward and Charles “Chucky” Nelson. Jean is survived by her sister, Norma Midgett of Nashville, Tenn.; her daughter, Gail Nelson of Nashville, Tenn.; her granddaughters, Danielle Blaylock of Christiana, Tenn. and Marcella Blaylock of Nashville, Tenn.; and two great grandsons, Shawn and Kyler Sookram both of Nashville, Tenn. Jean will be remembered for her great love towards her children and how she passionately cared for them. She was blessed with a caregiver’s heart and spent her entire life filling that role. Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from eleven until one o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, the 7th of November, at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. The Graveside Service will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park at one o’clock in the afternoon.
