Jean is survived by husband, Raymond D. Skelley; son, Stephen E. Skelley; daughter, Donna L. Topping; other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from four o’ clock in the evening until eight on Monday, March 7, 2016 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home and again on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 from twelve o’ clock noon until one with Graveside Services to follow at one.
