As I discovered my own Jewish heritage while in college at Austin Peay, Mrs. Mize invited me to celebrate what would be my first Passover at her residence in Clarksville. Her gesture meant so much to me. I’m so sorry to hear of her passing and her family is in my heart forever.

On behalf of the Red Wing Collectors Society, we are sad to hear of Jeanette's passing. She was a long time collector of Red Wing. As the director, I had the pleasure of visiting with Jeanette when she called the office to renew her membership. I know it has been a few years since she had the opportunity to attend the convention, but she always was happy to get the newsletter.

Please know our thoughts are with Jeanette's family and friends during this difficult time.

Jeanette has been my long distance friend ever since we bonded over our love of Red Wing collecting. She was always so excited to find a new piece. And was dedicated to finding advertising bean pots with phone numbers 1 thru 30. She was a great friend and I will miss her a lot. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Curtis and Lawrence.
