Mr. Ryan was born November 17, 1936 in Holland, MI son of the late Presley Rogers and Audrey Ray Rogers.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 57 years G. Virginia Ryan.
Jerry was a loving father and grandfather and a hero to his family. He meant the world to both of his grandsons.
Survivors include his daughter, Debbie Mitchell; grandsons, David Francescon and Heath Owen;
Funeral Services will be held one o'clock in the afternoon, Monday, February 10, 2014 from Woodlawn's Dignity Hall. Interment will follow from Woodlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends three o'clock in the afternoon until seven, Sunday, February 9, 2014.
