He is preceded in death by his father, John Paul Dukehart; grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Louis Arru and Mr. & Mrs. Paul Dukehart. He is survived by his daughter, Jordan Dukehart; mother, Rose Clardy; step-father, Hughes Clardy; sister, Jill Ann Conover; niece, Madelyn Rose Conover; nephews, Ben and Parker Conover and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
As a golf-pro, Jeff’s passion surrounded every facet of the game. He also loved spending time watching the Nashville Predators and iRacing with close friends. Jeff was a loyal friend to his close circle. Most important in Jeff’s life was his family, especially his daughter Jordan.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 16th, 2016 from 2-4 pm at Marshall Donnelly Combs Funeral Home. A celebration of life service to follow.
A memorial fund has been set up in the name of Jordan Dukehart at SunTrust Bank.
