John Morris was a man of principle. I met John through working with his two daughters. He had standards that he thought should be met and he made every effort to make sure those daughters met those standards. John took his work for TVA at Rock Island very seriously as well. The safety measures are in place today to protect the people hiking, boating, fishing, or Kayaking below the dam are there because John tirelessly and sometimes at the risk of his job promoted them. The world is a better place for you having passed through. Rest in Peace John.
