age 58, known as "Papa Tone" to all that loved him was a proud Ryanite & Belmont Boy. He is survived by his loving children Katy, John, and Matthew; sister Kathy (Tom); brother Jim; and beloved nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles & Ruby Rosa; brother Charles, III, and sister Frankie Rosa. Papa Tone was a father to many and unconditionally loved by all that knew him. He laughed often, and had fun always. He lived to make others smile and feel loved, especially the ladies!. He enjoyed Notre Dame football, playing cards, and hanging with the Buffalo River Wise Guys. Our family is both proud and honored by the outpouring of love from across the world.
