John Douglas Tudor passed away December 28, 2025, at the age of 84. Born October 21, 1941. He worked for Fitzhugh Dental Lab where he became part owner. He was survived by his wife of 43 years, Gwendolyn Tudor; four brothers, Charles (Leatha); Roy (Diana); Fred (Linda) Howard Tudor and sister, Sharon Farrall; daughter, Rebecca Ann Tudor; son, John Dewrell Tudor; stepson Randall Moore; three granddaughters; 1 grandson; and 1 great grandson. He was preceded in death by one grandson. He loved his family and was always ready to give advice on how to live it. He will be greatly missed.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, from 12:30pm to 2:30pm at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Ln., Nashville, TN 37204. A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 2:30pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home and burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shelby Avenue Baptist Church.
