

Mr. Vaughan was born in Nashville, TN, on April 25, 1967, the son of John R. Vaughan, Jr. and Hilda King Vaughan. He was a Radiology Technician. Mr. Vaughan graduated from Columbia Academy where he served as President of the Senior Council and was awarded All-State for Football. He graduated from Lipscomb University. Mr. Vaughan was an avid fan of the Minnesota Vikings and enjoyed playing sports. He will be remembered for his kindness to everyone.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Tonya Vaughan, to whom he was married on October 10, 2014; three step-children, Christopher Moon, Matthew Moon, and Katie Moon; sister, Vicki (Johnny) Markham; nieces and a nephew, Mary Beth (Justin) Peach, John Markham, III, and Katie Markham; and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, February 28, 2016, at two thirty, Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall.
Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Saturday from four o’clock until eight o’clock and Sunday from eleven o’clock until two o’clock at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
