John Ronnie Vaupel, 72 of Nashville, TN passed away peacefully at his Smyrna home on August 9, 2014. Preceded in death by parents William H. Vaupel and Evelyn Tennessee (Proctor). Survived by his wife of 32 years, Valorie Edwards Vaupel; four children Brandt (Amy) Vaupel; Connie Vaupel (Kevin) Overbey; Vanessa Vaupel; Jared Vaupel, two grandchildren Cooper and Sarah as well as many family members and cherished friends.
Visitation will be held at Mount Olivet Funeral Home Wednesday August 13th from 4-7pm with a memorial service at Christ Lutheran Church, Nashville TN Thursday August 14th beginning at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Walden's Puddle Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Center.
