WHITE, CDR. John W. (Po) age 87 passed away January 14, 2011. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ellen B. White; son Phillip White; and brother, Jim White. He is survived by his son, Stephen (Mary Ann) White; and brother, Jack White; 3 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren. Mr. White was a Charter member of Crievewood Baptist Church. He was a Mason and a member of The John B. Garrett Lodge. John served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and Korean War as a pilot. A graveside service with full military honors will be held Tuesday January 18, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Woodlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Arden Schlesinger officiating.
