Joyce Page Shaddix, age 83 born April 28, 1931, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2014. Preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Page and Mabel Ann Jones; loving husband Willard H. Shaddix. Survived by her daughter, Karen S. (Robert) Fulghum; grandson, Preston Madison Fulghum; granddaughter, Jennifer (Tyler) Fulghum Burns and great-granddaughters Ellerson Anne Burns and Kathryn Madison Burns. Joyce was a beloved Mother, “Gabby” and “Great-Gabby”, her grace, humor, love of the Lord and of life inspired many and made her a friend to all.
Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, September 22, 2014 at eleven o’clock in the morning, with Pastors Bryan Brooks and Peter Van Eys officiating at Calvary United Methodist Church, 3701 Hillsboro Circle, Nashville, TN 37215. Visitation with family and friends from nine o’clock until the service at the church on Monday.
