Born September 13th, 1947 to King Henry and Thelma Sandefur. She moved to Tennessee after high school to marry her high school sweetheart. After trying out a few jobs, she worked her way up to Accounts Payable Manager at Ingram Book. She donated her time by volunteering to work on an ambulance in the Hendersonville area. She also spent many evenings teaching CPR classes to help her community.
She was very talented with crafts and opened her own business called Crafts by Claudine. There wasn't a craft she couldn't learn and excel at. Her other hobby was her beloved dogs. She joined the dog show circuit and accomplished her dream by leading her dog, Sunny, to become a Champion. Her expressive eyes and humor will be missed sorely.
She is survived by her loving husband, Fred, daughter and son-in-law Julia and Robin Tuttle, grandsons Doug (Marlena) and Alex (Katie), eight great grandchildren, sister, Diane, and brothers, Kevin and Roger.
