

June J. Ingram - Born in Parsons, TN on the 7th of February, 1925 to the late Ray and Lucretta Robins Jordan, and passed away in Nashville, TN on the 23rd of January, 2014 at the age of 88.Preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Charles William Ingram, after 48 years of marriage; and brother, James R. Jordan. Mrs. Ingram was a devoted wife to her husband who was a dentist. She was also a loving mother and grandmother.Survived by her children, Phyllis Anne (Jim) Hovious of Chattanooga, TN and Charles Robin Ingram (Rob Kuhlenschmidt) of Cleveland, OH; grandsons, Walt and Patrick Hovious; sister, JoAnne Webb of Searcy, AR; and sister-in-law, Estelle Jordan of Brentwood, TN. Mrs. Ingram was a graduate of Parsons High School and West Tennessee Business College in Jackson, TN. She was a member of West End United Methodist Church for over 50 years, and has her current membership with Brentwood United Methodist Church. She was also a life member of Nashville Dental Alliance, Tennessee Dental Alliance, Cheekwood, and Frist Center for the Visual Arts.The family will gather for a time of visitation with their friends on Sunday at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home from two o'clock until four o'clock in the afternoon, and again one hour prior to the service on Monday.A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday morning, the 27th of January, 2014 at eleven-thirty in Woodlawn's Dignity Hall, with entombment services to follow at Woodlawn's Cross Mausoleum.In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to Interfaith Dental Clinic, 1721 Patterson St., Nashville, TN 37203.
