Karen is preceded in death by her loving father, J R Bailey. She is survived by her devoted and loving mother, Wilma Jean Bailey, also of Nashville. She is also survived by extended family and friends. Karen
was well loved by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She loved making someone’s day with her smile and hugs. She also enjoyed watching her game shows every day.
She graduated from the Bailey School in Nashville. Her family was very involved with the New Horizons Life Skills program. After leaving school she began a supported work program there, where she excelled
for more than 35 years.
Karen was a long time member of Charlotte Ave Church of Christ where she was member of The Angels Sunday school class. She enjoyed attending church with her parents and friends.
A graveside service for Karen will be held Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204.
