Katherine Best Reeves, surrounded by all of her girls, died peacefully on September 15, 2014. Born on October 14, 1921, she was a long time member of her beloved Belmont Heights Baptist Church. Katy was predeceased by her husband, Murry D. Reeves. She is survived by two daughters, Patti Reeves Gregory and husband Ken, Pam Reeves Loftin and husband Joe, four grandchildren, Kaycie Loftin Woodard and husband Chris, Kate Gregory Goodin and husband Nathan, Jenny Loftin White and husband Justin, Kendall Gregory and wife Ginger and seven great grandsons. Celebration of Life Service will be on Friday at two thirty in the afternoon, Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall. Visitation with family from eleven o’clock Friday until service.
