Kenneth Roderick Burress, 81, of Nashville passed away peacefully at home on April 16, 2016. He was born in Moses Lake, WA. He received Bachelors and Masters Degrees in business administration from the University of Washington, and moved to Nashville in 1975.Mr. Burress owned Roderick Group INC., managing senior living facilities in the South.He was a member of Woodmont Hills Church of Christ. In his free time, he enjoyed playing golf and socializing with his family and friends.Mr. Burress is preceded in death by his son Mark R. Burress; survived by his loving wife of 60 years Ginger Burress, daughter Lisa and her husband Doyle Porter, daughter in law Melanie T. Burress; grandchildren Grace A. Burress, Jessica L. Barber, Michele Marie Hubbard, Alisha R. Porter; great grandchildren Jared Hubbard and Austin Hubbard.Visitation Wednesday April 20th from Twelve O’clock Noon until Two thirty in the afternoon at Woodlawn Roesch Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Lane Nashville. Funeral will begin at two thirty in the afternoon at Dignity Hall.
