I remember her as a bright imaginative 6 yr old.  At  4 yrs old ,  she couldn't read, but she memorized the words to her treasured stories and it was mesmerizing to watch her as if she were reading.

I worked with Laura at the Grille. I'll always remember her beautiful smile and her ability to make others smile and laugh out loud. 
She has been taken from us way too soon.
My prayers go out to her husband and family.

Yesterday afternoon I witnessed the most beautiful manifestation of Love, Respect and Friendship that I believe I've ever witnessed in my life. I attended a sweet friend's Memorial/Life Celebration. While there was undoubtedly a sadness that filled the air as a result of her absence, there was a joy and appreciation for her sweet, sweet smile; her bright eyes, her ability warm your heart and to willingness to be happy. In a house on a hill, everyone gathered throughout the day, literally hundreds. An eclectic group of people, all walks, all ages (toddlers to elderly) each holding space in their heart for her beautiful spirit. There was something very peaceful in the way everyone allowed their real feelings to flow; there were tears, laughter, silence and long hugs. A home full of loved ones filling every room, the patio and garden area a buzz with just as many and the sound of children's laughter echoed as they played in the yard. A spread of home cooked food by some of her biggest fans, her favorite songs mixed on a CD and playing throughout the property, bursts of laughter, a few impromptu dance moves, tears when overcome by sadness but then a smile would emerge from the pain when her laughter came to mind…In deed she filled every room with her presence that evening and will without question be held in many hearts here after. I am deeply honored and humbled to have been considered a friend.

I don't know Laura nearly as well as I hoped to, but I already love her. Love to you all,

I couldn't have loved her any less as if she was my own child.Besides being beautiful, loving, caring, sweet, funny, competitive,and nice, Laura was so wise for her young age. There have been many nights that we have cried and laughed, leaning on each other's shoulders for whose ever turn it was on that given time. " Baby girl", will always forever be in my heart.Joss, Warren and the rest of the family will always be in my prayers.

Sweet Laura, we will miss your smile. I celebrate the joy that you brought to us all.

I feel blessed that you were in my life..rest in peace sweet angel until we meet again.

Laura was someone who would put her own pain on hold if it meant making a friend smile.  You didnt have to see her everyday, week, or even month.  You could go six months without connecting and in the first moment you reconnected it was as if you were best friends.  Laura was the epitome of a "ray of sunshine".  Her joyful spirit will be missed by anyone and everyone who had ever made the slightest connection with her.  I was lucky to be able to call her my friend. My thoughts are with her beautiful family.

Laura was one of the most amazing people to ever come into my life. I have always referred to her as my sister and always will. I hope we all realize that she left a piece of her soul in all of us, and I will feel it everyday.

She was always kind and welcoming to me every time we met.  My heart goes out to her loved ones.

i met laura at melrose billards when i worked at melrose lanes.i did not know her very well.but she always smiling & had a kind word for all.the family please know you are in my thoughts & prayers.
