Laura Holman White - Age 89 of Nashville, TN was born in Obion County on March 5, 1924 and passed away December 23, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert H. and Lula W. Holman; husband, William Harold White and brother, George B. Holman. She held memberships in West End United Methodist Church, Belmont Mansion, Frist Center and Rock City Chapter Order of the Eastern Star. She was a life member of the Woman’s Club of Nashville. She is survived by her sons, William Holman White, Franklin, TN and by Brent W. White, Fort Lauderdale, FL; sister, Marilyn DePasquale of Prescott, AZ and brother, Robert W. (Trudy) Holman of Union City, TN and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11-1 p.m. on Tuesday prior at Marshall-Donnelly-Combs Funeral Home.
