Preceded in death by father, Mack Garvey Smith, Sr.; mother, Anna Ruth Smith; brother, Mack Garvey Smith, Jr. Survived by daughters, Heather Frommel, Jeanie Stratton; granddaughters, Chelsea Moon, Abigail and Danielle; sisters, Ann Greene, Shirley Schmied, Peggy Bouleris. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home with Rev. Gordon Donahoe & Rev. Bo Fawbush officiating. Interment will follow at Beech Cemetery. Active Pallbearers: David Bouleris, Justin Phillips, Edward Frommel, Bobby D. Stratton, Steven Bushert, and Rodney Kelly. Honorary Pallbearers: Matt Washlick, Joe Grafenstein and Bob Syler. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
