Ballentine, Jr. She is survived by her son, James E. Ballentine, Sr.; daughters, Terri J. Ballentine and Cindy Lepley; grandchildren, Marie Kelley (Craig) and Michael "Cody" Downey; great-grandson, Mason Kelley; sister, Patsy Justice; friends, Brenda "P.T." Vitale, Janet Tharps, Katie "Sneak" Hanauor Smith, Cherry and Clinard Family. Mrs. Bayne was retired from Metro Government.
