Linda June Finlay

Linda is preceded in death by loving husband of 68 years, Joe Finlay; and son, Joseph D. Finlay (Jody). She is survived by children, Johnny Finlay, Shari Bell (Richard), Susan Ney, and Jeff Finlay; five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law, Jack Finlay (Tessie).

Linda’s entire life revolved around her five children, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as her devotion to the Ladies Guild at Light of Christ Church in Clearwater. She spent hours and hours on numerous crafts, which she also loved to do with her granddaughters. Mom was happiest when she was with Joe, and when she was surrounded by her kids and grandkids. She always smiled, and loved to laugh, many times at silly things Joe would do to entertain her. All of us will miss our Mom and Grandma, especially remembering how beautiful she was before Alzheimer’s.
