

Lorraine Leona Haugen, 81, of Nashville passed away on January 27, 2017. Born in Avon, SD on the Voigt family farm; a Century farm that has been in her father’s family for over 125 years and remains farmed by the family today. Lorraine spent her early years in the Midwest and then moved to Nashville, making her home here in 1970. She retired in 1999 from Opryland Hotel after 23 years as Banquet Manager. She spent the rest of her years enjoying time with her grandchildren, fishing and shopping.
Lorraine is survived by her Children: Mike Entringer (Cathy); Julie Shire (Mike); both of Sioux Falls, SD; Shelly Grant (Jerry) of Dundee, OR; Bobby Haugen (Felicity) of Nashville; Grandchildren: Melissa Kees, Bill Entringer, Jennifer Entringer, Matt Entringer, Aaron Entringer; Jamie Trippler, Jason Shire, Jodie Shire, Nicholas Grant, AJ Grant, Meghan Haugen, Joshua Haugen, Amelia Haugen. Great Grandchildren: McKenna and Collin Entringer; Haylee Trippler; Austin & Kayja Shire; Alexcia, Jocelyn and Gabriel Valdez. Stepchildren: Dennis Haugen, Steve Haugen, Vicki White, Sherry Weist, Pam West, Jackie Heinnsen; Roxie Ebdrup. Siblings: Bettie Schuler (Jim); Mae Dvorak (Vern); Norman Voigt; Leatta Pudwill (Larry). Preceded in death by her husband, Paul Haugen, parents, Eldon and Ida Voigt & great grandson, Ethan Trippler.
Visitation Thursday February 2, 5-8pm at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home 660 Thompson Lane, second visitation Friday Feb. 3, 10-11:30am. Funeral at 11:30am in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall. Burial following at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
