Frank was born in Iran on April 1, 1935. He immigrated to the United States in 1955 and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University. He became a proud U.S. citizen in 1977. In January 1962, he married Shirley (Morrison) Fazilat in California.
Frank was a Partner at P.A.I. Industries until his retirement in 1995. He had a passion for golf, Tennessee Titans football, the stock market, and commercial real estate, but nothing mattered more to him than his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vally and Safa Fazilat, and his sister, Afsar Khairandish.
He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Shirley; his 3 sons, Curtiss and his wife Linda, Rodney and his wife Tracey, and Anthony and his wife Bethany. He also leaves behind his six cherished grandchildren, Adam, Katie, Jack, Ryan, Cameron, and Brianna; his great-granddaughter, Tatum Fazilat; and his siblings, Habib Yavari and Nasser Fazilat and his wife Naheed.
Frank will be honored with visitation at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204, on October 17, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at the same location at 1:00 pm, and a Committal Service at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204, following services.
