Margaret Frances Stevens Grunwald; A resident of Hermitage, TN, was married to Norman R. Grunwald, formally of Orange County and Rockland County, New York, Passed away on February 26, 2019; Born March 6, 1939 in Nyack, New York. She was the daughter of Helen Hobesil Stevens and Rudolph Stevens Sr.
Margaret graduated from Clarkstown Central Highschool in 1956, she later became a member of the New York State Legal Secretaries until her retirement. She was also a 4-H Leader in Rockland County for several years, Village Clerk for the Village of Otisville, New York for 10 years, Secretary to the Town of Mount Hope. She was also active in Little League and Pop Warner Football with her children. She is survived by her children Lisa, Rudy, daughter-in-law Michelle, Eric, daughter-in-law Helena, and Greta; grandchildren Victoria, Jesse, Frank, Saige, Samantha, and Hunter. She is also survived by her sister Veronica Stevens Lacker and brother-in-law Alfred Lacker, sister-in-law Loretta Stevens, cousin Francis Stevens White, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be held at St. Stephens Catholic Church, information to follow. Margaret asked that in lieu of flowers please send donations to Benefit Tori’s House, through the Go Fund Me Page.
