Margaret married the love of her life, Rollow P. Mickle Sr., on January 4, 1947, in Franklin, Kentucky. She dedicated many years of service working at Summit Medical Center, where she spent 27 years caring for and serving others.
She was a longtime member of Donelson Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where she found fellowship and community throughout the years.
Margaret is survived by her loving children, Rollow P. Mickle Jr., Anthony W. Mickle, and Carol L. Gregory; grandchildren, Anthony W. Mickle Jr., Lori M. Rainey, Matthew Burton, Morgen Burton, and Erin E. Bartlett; and many cherished great-grandchildren. She is also survived by Brenda (Frizzell) Soale, Patricia (Frizzell) Nicholas, and their families.
Margaret will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her 27 years of dedicated service at Summit Medical Center, and the kindness and love she shared with all those around her.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alive Hospice, Murfreesboro.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday June 18, 2026 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Ln., Nashville, TN 37204. A celebration of life service will follow beginning at 1:00pm at the same location and officiated by Leo Bonque. Burial will follow services in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
