Maria was one of the strongest women I know but she possibly never knew her own strength. I am amazed that as a young woman she left her country, family and everything familiar to start a life here. Maria loved us, her family, with her whole heart and she taught me many things over the years. I love and respect her so much. Our hearts are broken today as we say goodbye for now. I know she is celebrating with JD and so many other friends and family members who have gone before. We know we will see Maria again one day.....Until then, we will keep you close to our hearts! You will me missed..... Love, Gail
