Jerrie, You might not remember me, but we met at The Arbors where my father has been with Mark. I remember my Dad's first day there, October 21, and I immediately met Mark and knew what a smart, gentle, caring person he was. I was so sorry to hear he had to leave a couple of weeks ago and I didn't get to say goodbye. I felt like we really connected and I always enjoyed talking to him. I was even more sad to be there Sunday and get the news about him. I am very sorry for your loss and all you have gone through in dealing with his illness. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Allison Dean Love

Dear Jerry,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Mark was a very nice, kind and gentle man, always ready for a talk or to give a hand. It was an honor to have know him.
I'll keep him, and your family, in my prayers.
"Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon them.
May the souls of the faithful departed,
through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
Amen."

Jerrie,
May you and your family find God's loving Grace and comfort in this difficult time. It has been a long time of trial for you and your family; your strength is admirable. I fondly remember Mark, greatly enjoyed our talks, and will miss him. Our children and Cristina have also expressed their sadness at your loss.

Dear Jerrie,
You may not remember me from high school days, and that doesn't really matter. I remember you fondly. I am deeply saddened by the grief you and your family are presently suffering.
Prayers that “the Lord bless you and keep you” and your family. May the memories of the good and blessed times comfort you with happier thoughts in the days to come. With regards, Sherrye Smith Young

To the family of Mark Chilcote: We knew Mark from The Arbors at Spring Hill, Tenn. Our mother is Ruby Cathey a long time resident there. We are so sorry for your loss. Even though he had Alzheimer's disease and suffered mentally like our mother and all others with this horrible disease we could see through that. We could see a kind gentle man who loved and provided for his family and was very intelligent and dedicated to his work. It was an honor to know him. You all are in our thoughts and prayers.
